I only offer face-to-face consultations as I feel it is important for you to meet me, see my lovely little clinic, ask me any questions, and feel comfortable enough to book your treatment with me.
Consultations whether for permanent makeup, laser treatments, or any aesthetics treatments usually last 20 to 30 minutes. I will answer any questions you have, find out what you are hoping to achieve, honestly manage your expectations, and offer advice on possible alternative, more suitable treatments. I will tell you what the treatment involves and give pre- and post-care advice. I can also show you examples of my work. I will provide treatment information and aftercare leaflets for you to take home, as I know it can be a lot of information to digest and remember!
I will also carry out a patch test if required for your treatment. For permanent makeup this is a quick and simple test to make sure you are not allergic to the ink I use, these are all animal cruelty-free and vegan inks. For any laser treatment patch tests, I apply a thin layer of cooling gel, if required, to the area and test a small sample area with the laser. Treatment appointments can then be booked a minimum of 48 hours after the patch test so long as no allergy or reaction occurs. In the event of a reaction or allergy contact me immediately.
